How to Care for Your Gi
Always wash your BJJ gi inside out at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F). Higher water temperatures will shrink the fabric. Use mild, natural detergents, as harsh chemical products can degrade the material structure. Hang your gi to air-dry on a hanger, clothesline, or drying rack in a well-ventilated area. Never use a tumble dryer! Following these steps ensures your gi maintains its shape, size, and appearance.
