    1. Information about Goods provided on the Online Store pages, in particular their descriptions, technical and operational parameters, and Prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code, and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
    2. In order to conclude a Sales Contract via the Online Store, go to groundgame.com or depot.groundgame.com, select Goods, and take subsequent technical steps based on messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the Online Store page.

To do this, follow the displayed messages and information available on the Online Store website.

      1. Inform the Customer of the inability to accept all offers submitted within the Order to conclude a Sales Contract; or
      2. Confirm the Customer's wish to fulfill the Order in the part where Ground Game agreed to accept offers to conclude a Sales Contract. In this case, the Customer can cancel the entire placed Order (regarding all offers), which does not affect their right to withdraw from the contract. Cancellation of the Order by the Customer releases Ground Game from the obligation to fulfill it.
    11. If it is impossible to accept the offer(s) submitted within the Order, the Sales Contract for the Goods specified by Ground Game is not concluded, and Ground Game will promptly, no later than within 14 days, refund payments made by the Customer to the extent that the Sales Contract was not concluded. Provisions of the Terms and Conditions regarding withdrawal from the contract shall apply accordingly.

  5. Delivery
    1. Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and European Union countries and takes place at the address indicated by the Customer while placing the Order.
    2. Delivery of ordered Goods is subject to a fee, unless the Sales Contract provides otherwise, and takes place via courier service by DPD Polska sp. z o.o., InPost S.A., or via personal pickup. Delivery costs are available on the store page. Delivery costs will also be indicated at the time of placing the Order.

    2. If the sold Goods have a defect, the Customer may:
      1. Submit a statement demanding a Price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Contract, unless Ground Game promptly and without undue inconvenience to the Customer replaces the defective Goods with defect-free ones or removes such defect. 4. In the event that, in order for Ground Game to respond to the Customer's complaint or to exercise the Customer's rights resulting from statutory warranty, it is necessary to deliver Goods to Ground Game, in accordance with Art. 5612 in conjunction with Art. 354 § 2 of the Civil Code, the Customer will be obliged to deliver Goods at Ground Game's expense to the address:

      Ground Game - Showroom
      Centrum Handlowe Nowy Turzyn
      Aleja Bohaterów Warszawy 40
      Lokal 2F1
      70-342 Szczecin, Poland

If, however, due to the type of defect, type of Goods, or method of installation, delivery of Goods by the Customer would be impossible or excessively difficult, the Customer may be asked to make Goods available to Ground Game at the location where Goods are situated, upon prior agreement of date.
    5. Ground Game is liable under statutory warranty if a physical defect is found within two years from the day of delivery of Goods to the Customer. The claim for removal of defect or replacement of Goods with defect-free ones expires after one year from the day the defect was found, however, in the case of an Order placed by a Consumer - the limitation period cannot end before the period referred to in the first sentence.
