Training with punch paddles Target will improve the speed and precision of your punches. The shields are covered with crack resistant natural leather. Inside there is foam which is great for absorbing the force of the blows. The handle is reinforced. Elastic bands minimise the risk of the paddles falling out of hand during training. The centre features a graphics to ensure you always hit the target.
