On Saturday, February 28, 2026, Gliwice hosted the second edition of Fight PIT Elite 2. The event combined the morning tournament finals with evening super fights, delivering 17 BJJ bouts to fans at the PIT arena.

Blue Belt Tournament Finals
The majority of the fight card—11 matches in total—consisted of the blue belt tournament finals. Having competed in the elimination rounds earlier that day, the athletes returned in the evening to battle for gold in their weight classes. The level of competition confirmed the dynamic growth of the Polish jiu-jitsu scene and the high technical skill of its practitioners.

Super Fight Matchups
The event also featured 6 super fight matches with invited athletes. Victorious in their respective bouts were:
- Nikodem Abram
- Jakub Nowakowski
- Andrii Chernitskyi
- Bartosz Kowal
- Sławomir Bieguński
- Karol Kania
All of the aforementioned athletes demonstrated high-level performance, effectively capitalizing on the unique dynamics of fighting in an enclosed space.

Impact of the PIT Arena on Fight Dynamics
All bouts took place in the PIT arena, which significantly alters the flow of a jiu-jitsu match compared to a traditional mat. Key features of this format include:
- No technical breaks: Enclosed walls keep the athletes inside the competition area at all times.
- Seamless action: The referee never needs to pause the match to reset positions in the center of the mat, maintaining continuous flow.
- High energy: The ability to work techniques off the walls makes the fights far more action-packed and intense.
The Fight PIT Elite format is gaining increased traction within the grappling community precisely by prioritizing continuous flow and eliminating unnecessary stoppages.
