RETURNS IN GROUND GAME SHOP
You may return any product you bought at our store within 14 calendar days after delivery. We will accept the return and provide 100% money back as long as the products are not used in any way and are in a resalable and undamaged condition and complete (it is acceptable to try on, but products can not wear signs of use and can not be washed).

If you are a registered customer, you can make a return in the customer panel. Log in, then in the "Returns" tab, select "Add a product return". Select the order and product you want to return and follow the instructions. If you are currently logged in, you can use the button below:
HOW TO REPLACE A PRODUCT?
If you want to exchange the product, you must return this product and then place a new order . If the prices of the returned and purchased product are different and you have chosen to return it to the customer's balance, we will ask you to pay the missing amount or refund the overpayment.
COMPLAINTS
We do our best to provide the ultimate quality products. However, if you notice any defect in received product, please contact us immediately at: shop@groundgame.com providing detailed description of the defect.

Log in, then in the "COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT (RMA)" tab, select "Add a complaint". Select the order and the product you want to complain about and follow the instructions.
